Professional Background
With a solid foundation in engineering, management, and international consulting, Tony Xiaoming Ban brings over two decades of cross-disciplinary experience across construction, environmental compliance, corporate management, immigration advisory, and real estate services in Fiji and the South Pacific region.
He graduated from Southwest University of Science and Technology in 2004 with an engineering background. From 2004 to 2008, Tony was involved in the construction of a 140,000-square-meter residential development in Beijing, where he was responsible for core building systems, including water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation, fire protection, gas systems, external pipelines, and reclaimed water treatment. This early experience established his strong technical grounding and project coordination capabilities.
From 2008 to 2016, Tony worked at a large-scale cement manufacturing facility in Hebei, China, for a subsidiary of the BBMG Group. Between 2008 and 2010, he participated in the construction of a 5,000-ton-per-day clinker cement production line. After the plant commenced operations, he served as Deputy Director of the Equipment Department and Environmental Engineer, overseeing environmental compliance, dust-emission reduction systems, and regulatory approvals. This role deepened his expertise in compliance management, risk control, and regulatory liaison—skills that are directly transferable to immigration and investment advisory work.
In 2016, Tony relocated to Fiji, where he has since been actively engaged in business operations and advisory services. He has served as Director of Easy Power Tyre & Auto Supplies Company since 2016, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and client relations. This role has strengthened his capabilities in business management, cross-border trade, and corporate compliance within the Fijian regulatory environment.
During the COVID-19 period, Tony further enhanced his management credentials by completing an MBA at the University of the People, graduating in 2023. The programme reinforced his strategic, financial, and governance perspectives, enabling him to support clients more effectively with long-term planning and risk assessment.
In 2024, Tony established Toso Tadra Enterprise, based in Nadi, Fiji. The company specialises in Fiji immigration consulting, the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Programme, and integrated advisory services for overseas clients seeking residency, citizenship, or investment opportunities in the Pacific. Under his leadership, the firm operates with a strong emphasis on compliance, transparency, and client protection.
In parallel, Tony now serves as a Sales and Rental Representative with Jokhan Realtors Pte Ltd, where he advises clients on residential and investment property transactions across Fiji. Leveraging his engineering background, regulatory knowledge, and immigration expertise, he provides clients with practical guidance on property selection, due diligence, development feasibility, and long-term asset security—particularly for clients combining real estate investment with immigration or residency planning.
